I won't be like everyone else on here and give the movie description as a review. I absolutely loved the movie, and anyone who likes musicals will like this. Well, almost anyone. Just as long as you are okay with homosexuality, you should be fine. :P
This movie really touched my heart with it's message of unconditional love.

This movie is truly amazing and an inspiration! I love each and every scene, and the beautiful music is so heart wrenching, and it touches you so deeply. You feel instantly how Hedwig feels, and you can't help but sing along and be really moved. It has definitely left a lasting impression on my mind and heart. I never felt more, or have been made to think like this movie has made me. I loved it so much and you will too! A definite must buy for those who consider themselves different, or are finding themselves and/or love a very memorable musical!

I saw this movie in a summer arena, among people who were not expecting to see what they really saw. Power of wrong media advertisement ;-) For me it was a nice surprise, even if I was sad for all the angry Hedwig has inside and the almost inability to let it go, performance after performance. I was also hoping, and trying to find the right man for him, the handsome American soldier was probably a good candidate at the beginning, but he was not right for the huge personality that was Hedwig, as it wasn't Tommy, that in the end is only a little boy. Probably Hedwig is too much for everyone, but it was good to see all that power on the big screen.

This DVD was brand new and packaged appropriately... I watched this movie several times- before I went out and bought this DVD. Love the movie- so I can't complain.
